PENGARUH GUIDED IMAGERY TERHADAP ANSIETAS PADA IBU HAMIL

Abstract

Ansietas sering ditemukan pada ibu hamil dengan tingkatan yang berbeda pada setiap wanita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis guided imagery terhadap ansietas pada ibu hamil di poli rawat jalan Obstetri RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental, menggunakan rancangan penelitian experimental pretestposttest control group design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi dan dianalisis untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara kelompok perlakuan (guided imagery) dan kelompok kontrol (terapi standar), dengan analisis uji t berpasangan bila distribusi data normal, dan uji Wilcoxon bila distribusi data tidak normal. Perbedaan data dicatat sebagai signifikan apabila nilai p menunjukkan < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guided imagery berpengaruh terhadap ansietas pada ibu hamil, dimana terjadi penurunan skor rerata Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) pre-posttest yang signifikan dengan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guided imagery berpengaruh menurunkan ansietas pada ibu hamil
